Open JMeter's Plugins Manager (Options > Plugins Manager), find "CORS Pre-Processor" on the Available Plugins tab and click Apply Changes and Restart JMeter. From the command line, run "./PluginsManagerCMD.sh install tilln-cors-plugin" (or "PluginsManagerCMD.bat install tilln-cors-plugin" on Windows) in your JMeter bin directory. The plugin ID is tilln-cors-plugin.
