Open JMeter's Plugins Manager (Options > Plugins Manager), find "UbikLoadPack GWT plugin" on the Available Plugins tab and click Apply Changes and Restart JMeter. From the command line, run "./PluginsManagerCMD.sh install ulp-jmeter-gwt-plugin" (or "PluginsManagerCMD.bat install ulp-jmeter-gwt-plugin" on Windows) in your JMeter bin directory.
