Open JMeter's Plugins Manager (Options > Plugins Manager), find "JWT PreProcessor" on the Available Plugins tab and click Apply Changes and Restart JMeter. From the command line, run "./PluginsManagerCMD.sh install jwt-preProcessor" (or "PluginsManagerCMD.bat install jwt-preProcessor" on Windows) in your JMeter bin directory. The plugin ID is jwt-preProcessor.
