Open JMeter's Plugins Manager (Options > Plugins Manager), find "Rapi JMeter Plugins" on the Available Plugins tab and click Apply Changes and Restart JMeter. From the command line, run "./PluginsManagerCMD.sh install jmeter-rapi-plugin" (or "PluginsManagerCMD.bat install jmeter-rapi-plugin" on Windows) in your JMeter bin directory. The plugin ID is jmeter-rapi-plugin.
