Open JMeter's Plugins Manager (Options > Plugins Manager), find "Random CSV Data Set" on the Available Plugins tab and click Apply Changes and Restart JMeter. From the command line, run "./PluginsManagerCMD.sh install bzm-random-csv" (or "PluginsManagerCMD.bat install bzm-random-csv" on Windows) in your JMeter bin directory.
