Open JMeter's Plugins Manager (Options > Plugins Manager), find "Lock File Config" on the Available Plugins tab and click Apply Changes and Restart JMeter. From the command line, run "./PluginsManagerCMD.sh install jpgc-lockfile" (or "PluginsManagerCMD.bat install jpgc-lockfile" on Windows) in your JMeter bin directory. The plugin ID is jpgc-lockfile.
