Open JMeter's Plugins Manager (Options > Plugins Manager), find "WebSocket Sampler by Maciej Zaleski" on the Available Plugins tab and click Apply Changes and Restart JMeter. From the command line, run "./PluginsManagerCMD.sh install websocket-sampler" (or "PluginsManagerCMD.bat install websocket-sampler" on Windows) in your JMeter bin directory. The plugin ID is websocket-sampler.
