Open JMeter's Plugins Manager (Options > Plugins Manager), find "ISO-8583 Sampler" on the Available Plugins tab and click Apply Changes and Restart JMeter. From the command line, run "./PluginsManagerCMD.sh install tilln-iso8583" (or "PluginsManagerCMD.bat install tilln-iso8583" on Windows) in your JMeter bin directory. The plugin ID is tilln-iso8583.
