Open JMeter's Plugins Manager (Options > Plugins Manager), find "Coefficient of Variation and Modality Check" on the Available Plugins tab and click Apply Changes and Restart JMeter. From the command line, run "./PluginsManagerCMD.sh install rbourga-jmeter-plugins-modalitycovcheck" (or "PluginsManagerCMD.bat install rbourga-jmeter-plugins-modalitycovcheck" on Windows) in your JMeter bin directory.
