Open JMeter's Plugins Manager (Options > Plugins Manager), find "MQTT Protocol Samplers" on the Available Plugins tab and click Apply Changes and Restart JMeter. From the command line, run "./PluginsManagerCMD.sh install mqtt-xmeter" (or "PluginsManagerCMD.bat install mqtt-xmeter" on Windows) in your JMeter bin directory. The plugin ID is mqtt-xmeter.
