Open JMeter's Plugins Manager (Options > Plugins Manager), find "HTTP Simple Table Server" on the Available Plugins tab and click Apply Changes and Restart JMeter. From the command line, run "./PluginsManagerCMD.sh install jpgc-sts" (or "PluginsManagerCMD.bat install jpgc-sts" on Windows) in your JMeter bin directory. The plugin ID is jpgc-sts.
