Open JMeter's Plugins Manager (Options > Plugins Manager), find "Custom JMeter Functions" on the Available Plugins tab and click Apply Changes and Restart JMeter. From the command line, run "./PluginsManagerCMD.sh install jpgc-functions" (or "PluginsManagerCMD.bat install jpgc-functions" on Windows) in your JMeter bin directory.
