Open JMeter's Plugins Manager (Options > Plugins Manager), find "jmeter - JUnit Support" on the Available Plugins tab and click Apply Changes and Restart JMeter. From the command line, run "./PluginsManagerCMD.sh install jmeter-junit" (or "PluginsManagerCMD.bat install jmeter-junit" on Windows) in your JMeter bin directory. The plugin ID is jmeter-junit.
