Open JMeter's Plugins Manager (Options > Plugins Manager), find "DI KafkaMeter" on the Available Plugins tab and click Apply Changes and Restart JMeter. From the command line, run "./PluginsManagerCMD.sh install di-kafkameter" (or "PluginsManagerCMD.bat install di-kafkameter" on Windows) in your JMeter bin directory. The plugin ID is di-kafkameter.
