Open JMeter's Plugins Manager (Options > Plugins Manager), find "Parallel Controller & Sampler" on the Available Plugins tab and click Apply Changes and Restart JMeter. From the command line, run "./PluginsManagerCMD.sh install bzm-parallel" (or "PluginsManagerCMD.bat install bzm-parallel" on Windows) in your JMeter bin directory. The plugin ID is bzm-parallel.
