Client AWS Instances
If you use AWS client instances to run tests, you are responsible for their configuration, management, and all costs associated with these instances.
Subscription Plans
You can choose from various subscription plans, each with different features and limits (Free, Basic, Premium, and Enterprise).
Non-Refundable Payments
Payments for subscriptions are non-refundable, even in cases where you do not use all available resources within the subscription period.
Billing
All billing is handled via Stripe. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge the subscription fees to your payment method.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions or if we suspect fraud or illegal activity. You may terminate your account at any time, but no refunds will be provided for unused portions of your subscription.
Platform Usage
We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from your use or inability to use our platform, except for the direct subscription fees you have paid.
Client AWS Responsibility
We are not responsible for any issues arising from the configuration, operation, or costs associated with your AWS instances.
Service Availability
While we strive to ensure the platform is always available, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Ownership
You retain ownership of the data you upload to the platform, but you grant us a license to use, store, and process that data to provide the service.
Platform Content
All content and intellectual property on the platform, including software, graphics, and documentation, are owned by us and protected by copyright laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Gujarat, India.
