At Baseline11, we aim to deliver the best experience while you use our services. If you’re considering canceling your subscription, please review our cancellation and refund policies below:
Cancellations:
Baseline11 offers both monthly and yearly subscription options across all paid plans. There’s no minimum contract period, so you can cancel at any time. If you cancel a paid plan, you won’t be charged for the next billing cycle. However, you will retain access to all features of your current plan until the end of the billing cycle. After that, your account will automatically move to the Baseline11 free tier. If you decide to buy a new plan after canceling, you can always do so by visiting our Subscription page. For Enterprise users, please contact our support team at support@baseline11.com to discuss cancellation terms.
Refunds:
- Baseline11 provides a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. If needed, you can request an extension of your trial subscription for a limited period, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- As we offer this trial period to explore the platform, we do not provide refunds on subscriptions once they are billed.
